We guarantee that any equipment and/or fixtures we have supplied and installed will perform as we have stated. If a failure occurs during normal use within the first 2 years, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
Due to the nature of blocked drains, no warranty can be given on the length of time flow will be restored. If a blockage occurs within 7 days following the service, we will return for an assessment at no charge. If it is determined that the initial drain clearing was not adequate, the drain will be cleared again as a warranty.
Some rare exceptions to the warranty period may apply; should your service or repair be exempt from the standard warranty, made aware upfront before the initial work is carried out, and will be noted on your invoice.
Delivering ‘out of this world’ service means more than simply fixing your problem. It means that your home, time, family, and pets are respected. If we fail to deliver this level of service, and you are not 100% satisfied with your service, we will refund up to 100% of your invoice.
