We’re so excited to share that on November 16, DS Plumbing received the Best Ottawa Business (BOB) award for best performance in customer service!
The sponsor of the award was Janet LeBlanc of Janet Leblanc + Associates Inc. Janet actually needed a plumber during the time she was reviewing our submission, so she took the opportunity to be extra-thorough and test us out – and it seems she liked her experience!

The BOBs – as they’re affectionately known – were created to recognize successful and dynamic companies in Ottawa. Hundreds of nominations are received every year, and each one is meticulously reviewed so that the awards are given to the most deserving local businesses..
It’s exciting to add a BOB award to our proverbial shelf. In the past, we have received the Consumer Choice and Top Choice awards in recognition of our customer service.
We wouldn’t be eligible for any of these awards if not for our incredible customers.
