We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded the Top Choice Award for 2017. This makes the 4th year in a row we have been granted this prestigious honour.
“It’s all thanks to our hard working plumbers,” says owner Dave Smythe. “They’re out there every day, solving problems for our customers and making the extra effort to make sure it’s done right.”
Over the years, DS Plumbing has put special emphasis on excellent customer service. We ensure that every plumber we hire is not only skilled and careful, but also friendly and polite. It also helps if they have a soft spot for animals, too!
“While no company should ever rest on its laurels,” adds Dave, “we take this as a sign that we’re at least headed in the right direction.”
The Top Choice Award is a yearly award voted on by people in the Ottawa area, and other cities in North America. All told, almost a million people in over 28 cities take part in the voting.
