Adam and his assistant did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was required. Work was done in a professional manner and you would not know they were even at our home other than all the new shiny parts. I would recommend this company to anyone that requires a plumber.

This is update to the review I wrote 4 months ago… to say that Out of This World Plumbing is consistently Awesome.August 2024: Minutes before closing, Shelley answers my call for help because my teenagers can’t get the shower faucet to stop leaking. After turning off the main supply and receiving confirmation of emergency service, Adam returns (he helped us a year ago and gave Awesome Service then too), efficiently provides possible costing, proficiently addressed problem, walks my family through the mechanics of the problem and the solution, all with an enthusiastic smile and positive attitude. We look forward to having Adam help us out in the Future. OOTWPlumbing is Caring, Responsive, Professional. We’ve been calling them for almost two decades.Review from ~5 months ago March 2024: Repeat Customer. Service always Awesome. Our Family appreciates very much receiving information about our designated professional prior to arrival so that Family Members know to whom to open the door. Very interesting to learn a bit more about the person. This week, we welcomed Noah. He was ever polite, proficient, patient and professional. He explained very clearly the issues, recommended work and walked us through with images and the hardware on what was done. The professionals sent are wonderful and influences why we are repeat customers.

Adam came for what was expected to be a small leak, but ended up being a much more serious problem! He stayed for several hours, making sure it was fixed and safe - all the while being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Out of this World is so aptly named as they give out of this world service. We are doing a kitchen renovation and Austin has been there with us every step of the way, from helping us determine the best options for us for appliance placement, sink and faucet choices, and when in the schedule to do what steps of the plumbing work. Austin explains everything patiently and genuinely cares about helping us. We also got to have Gen as part of the work done and she was lovely and so friendly. I’d look in to see the progress and see her smiling as she worked which says a lot about how much she loves her job. Thank you both for the great work you did today and we will see you again in a couple months for the installs!
