Week 6: Garfield is down to 17 lbs, which means he has lost 2.5 lbs since he started his weight loss journey! His belly is noticeably smaller and he continues to be more energetic and happy.

Our digital scale finally kicked the bucket so we had to use an analog scale instead for today’s weigh-in 🥺
Last week Garfield weighed 19lbs…this week he’s 17.6lbs…(a miracle if true!) but we’re sure the new scale has shifted what Garf’s starting weight was.
However, we think 17.6lbs is a more accurate measurement of his weight-loss journey so far, so we’ll be continuing to base his future progress on this number!

I was rescued by the volunteers at the Country Cat Sanctuary before finding my home at Out of This World. I’ll be more motivated in my weight loss journey knowing I am helping my siblings at the sanctuary get cozy beds, food, and extra cuddles they deserve! The Country Cat Sanctuary works hard towards their goal of no more homeless cats- help them on their mission.
