Saturday Plumbing Services

Save those vacation days for something a little more fun than having work done around the house – booking an expert plumber is now more convenient than ever! That’s because DS Plumbing offers plumbing services on Saturdays.

Weekend appointments available- We’re introducing this as a way to help our customers who would prefer not to have to take time off of work in order to get something fixed or upgraded. Having work done on a Saturday or Sunday is ideal for quick installations like faucet replacement or toilet installation.

Saturday Service Hours

You can get expert service on Saturdays from 8 AM to 7 PM. Outside of those hours we will still be happy to help you, but it would be considered an emergency.

Weekday Hours

Regular working weekday hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM. To ensure we can provide timely service, we ask that 5 PM – 7 PM appointments on weekdays be arranged in advance.

Regrettably, We Can’t Do the Following on Saturdays

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we can’t do certain types of work on Saturdays:

1. Hot water tank replacement. Our water heater supplier is closed Saturdays.
2. Main water shut off valve replacement is only available on weekdays because the City of Ottawa needs to turn off the water supply.

For these types of issues, we will need to book you in for a regular weekday appointment.

Our Emergency Service is Still Available

We’ll still be offering our emergency services outside of regular hours. If you have a serious leak, none of your toilets flush, or you have a basement full of water, we recommend you call our emergency plumbing help line for immediate help.
